This weekend I have had the best weekend with 2 of my closest friends. Naomi is a first year student at Cambridge University (amazing I know) and so Eloise and I decided to give her a little visit.
I can’t even explain how wonderful and historical Cambridge is. I have completely fallen in love with its unique way of life even if it does feel like a completely different world! Having Naomi as a tour guide was really eye opening and looking round her famous university has been a pleasure.
Although the rain was rather unpleasant yesterday, I made sure I dressed appropriately. My coat is from New Look’s Winter collection last year but it is still one of my favourite purchases. The rustic colour is such a statement and looks perfect in this season especially with a monochrome look underneath. I opted for my high waisted Joni jeans and new cropped knit jumper from Zara. The jumper has a very festive feel to it and I will definatly be getting a lot of wear out it next month. Considering we did a lot of walking I’m not sure why I choose my heeled chelsea boots but I guess they are forever going to be my go to boots.
We spent today watching Naomi row in the freezing cold but it was so worth it. It’s a sport very much associated with Cambridge so it was great to watch her race down the river.
I am honestly so so proud of her and Ellie of course for everything they’re doing right now! I’m incredibly lucky to call them my friends and I can’t wait for more adventures.
